Job Title: Homecare Nurse (DOH/MOH Licensed)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Homecare Nurse with a valid DOH/MOH license to provide high-quality medical and personal care to patients in their homes. The nurse will be responsible for delivering professional healthcare services, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring their comfort and well-being in accordance with medical standards and patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients at their homes as per medical guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Assist with wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other nursing procedures.
• Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and healthcare providers to update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, medication, and preventive healthcare.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) or MOH (Ministry of Health – UAE) license.
• Minimum [1–3 years] of nursing experience (homecare experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of patient care techniques, medical protocols, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work independently.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and emergency cases if required.
