Key Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment and Monitoring:Monitor patient health conditions, observe behavior, collect health histories, and record vital signs.
- Treatment and Care:Administer medications, provide treatments, change wound dressings, and coordinate specialized care based on physician orders and patient needs.
- Care Planning:Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Documentation:Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential health records and reports for patients.
- Emergency Response:Respond to medical emergencies, provide first aid, and assist in various medical procedures.
- Health and Safety:Ensure the patient care environment is safe, clean, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
