Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid and primary medical care for work-related and non-work-related cases.

Assess employee health conditions and refer serious cases to hospitals or clinics when required.

Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all cases.

Monitor chronic health conditions among employees and guide them on proper follow-up.

Conduct regular checks for workplace hygiene and health-related practices.

Support health awareness activities and promote preventive health measures.

Manage medical supplies, check stock levels, and ensure proper storage and expiry monitoring.

Participate in emergency response and ensure readiness during any incident.

Prepare routine health reports as required by management.
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Nursing.

Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in an industrial or construction environment.

Strong knowledge of first aid, occupational health practices, and emergency response.

Good communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in emergencies.
Work Conditions
