Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, vital signs monitoring, and chronic disease management.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, mobility, feeding, and toileting when required.
• Manage medical equipment at home (e.g., oxygen therapy, nebulizers, feeding tubes, catheters).

Clinical Assessment & Documentation

• Conduct regular assessments and update nursing care plans based on the patient's condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in line with UAE healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and supervisors promptly.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and continuous patient care.
• Educate patients and families about disease management, medication schedules, safety measures, and home care procedures.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow all DHA (Dubai Health Authority) regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Ensure proper handling of medical waste according to UAE health and environmental regulations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
