Male Nurse

We are looking for a qualified and licensed Male Nurse to join our contracting company and provide medical support and first aid services at construction project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of employees, handling workplace injuries and medical emergencies, maintaining medical records, and supporting occupational health initiatives in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment and emergency medical care to employees on-site.
• Monitor and assess employees’ health conditions and respond to medical incidents promptly.
• Maintain medical records, incident reports, and treatment logs accurately.
• Ensure site clinic/medical room is properly stocked with medicines and medical supplies.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and emergency services when required.
• Conduct routine health checks and monitor workers’ fitness for duty.
• Support occupational health and safety programs in coordination with the HSE department.
• Assist in implementing health awareness campaigns and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health regulations and company policies.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards at project sites and accommodations if required.
• Prepare monthly medical and incident reports for management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid UAE Nursing License / Eligibility Letter (DHA, MOH, or DOH).
• Minimum 1– 4 years of nursing experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or occupational health environments.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to work on construction sites and handle emergency situations calmly.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in contracting or construction companies in the UAE/GCC.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and labor accommodation inspections.
• Good English communication skills; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Valid DHA / MOH / DOH License or Eligibility
• BLS Certification
• First Aid Certification
