Male Nurse (DHA Licensed)

Job Purpose

To provide onsite medical care, emergency response, and routine health services for a workforce of 1,000+ employees, ensuring occupational health compliance and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid, CPR, and emergency medical response at site and accommodation facilities.

Conduct routine health checkups for labor staff, including vital signs monitoring and basic assessments.

Dispense basic medications as per DHA guidelines and company approved medical protocols.

Assess, treat, and document work related injuries and illnesses.

Maintain accurate medical records, daily treatment logs, and incident reports.

Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and ambulance services for referrals and emergencies.

Monitor chronic cases and follow up on employee recovery and fitness-for-work status.

Ensure proper storage, control, and inventory of medicines and medical equipment.

Support HSE initiatives, toolbox talks, and medical emergency drills.

Assist HR and Management with medical reports, sick leave validation, and audits.

Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations, company policies, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Male candidate (site and camp operational requirement).

Valid DHA Nursing License (mandatory).

Certified in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS).

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or labor camp environments.

Competent in routine medical check-ups and basic medication administration.

Ability to work independently in high-volume workforce settings.

Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Urdu.
