Male Nurse (DHA Licensed) Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction Company

Job Overview:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Male Nurse to join our construction company in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first aid, basic medical care, and health support to employees at project sites, accommodation camps, and company facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment and nursing care to employees.
• Respond to workplace accidents, injuries, and medical emergencies.
• Monitor employee health conditions and provide necessary assistance.
• Maintain medical records, treatment logs, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and ambulance services when required.
• Ensure clinic/medical room cleanliness and availability of medical supplies.
• Support HSE department in health and safety matters.
• Conduct health awareness sessions and routine health checks.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid DHA License (Required).
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or occupational health environment.
• First Aid / BLS / CPR certification preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies professionally.
• Physically fit and willing to work on site if required.
