Job Title: Male Nurse – Workers’ Accommodation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Male Nurse to provide primary healthcare support to site operatives and workers residing in company accommodation. The candidate will be responsible for handling basic medical needs, emergency response, and maintaining health records in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to workers and site operatives
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate hospital referrals if required
• Maintain medical records and treatment logs
• Monitor workers’ health conditions and report any concerns to management
• Conduct routine health checks and assist in medical screenings
• Ensure availability and proper maintenance of medical supplies and equipment
• Support HSE team in promoting health awareness and hygiene practices
• Ensure compliance with DHA / HAAD / MOH regulations (as applicable)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid UAE Nursing License (DOH / DHA / MOH as applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
