Job Title: Accounts Executive – Building Construction

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance within a building construction environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing site-level expenses, contractor payments, and construction project accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial transactions (payments, receipts, journal entries, etc.)
- Preparation and maintenance of books of accounts (Tally/Vyapar).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable; track outstanding payments.
- Prepare and process vendor and contractor bills, including verification with site teams.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings.
- Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and site-level expense tracking.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support audits (internal and statutory) and maintain required documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams to manage budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting.
- Reconciliation of purchase orders with supplier invoices.
- Maintain asset registers, depreciation schedules, and project-wise costing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com/MBA preferred).
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS) and labor compliance in construction.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based with occasional site visits if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
