Male Only - Accounts Executive (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:
• Maintain and reconcile client accounts.
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments.

• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and update financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.

• Team Support:
• Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects.
• Provide support during audits and resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (OR)
• Freshers can also apply

• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Familiarity with accounting software Zoho Books.

• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
