- Prepare, track, and follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with vendors and internal teams.
- Manage contract renewals, documentation, and expiry tracking.
- Handle communication in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Maintain and update records on government websites/portals
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of government portals (e.g., e-services, licensing platforms, visa systems).
- Experience with AMC preparation and vendor coordination.
- Good understanding of contract renewal tracking and documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
