  • Prepare, track, and follow up on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with vendors and internal teams.
  • Manage contract renewals, documentation, and expiry tracking.
  • Handle communication in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
  • Maintain and update records on government websites/portals

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Admin Assistant, or similar role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of government portals (e.g., e-services, licensing platforms, visa systems).
  • Experience with AMC preparation and vendor coordination.
  • Good understanding of contract renewal tracking and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
