Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Private Nurse with proven home care experience to provide high-quality, personalized medical and personal care services to patients in a home setting. The ideal candidate will ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity while delivering professional nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in a home environment
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and daily living activities
• Support post-operative, elderly, chronic illness, and rehabilitation care
• Maintain accurate medical records and daily reports
• Communicate effectively with doctors, family members, and caregivers
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Nursing Degree/Diploma
• Home care nursing experience is mandatory
• Active or eligible UAE Nursing License (DHA / MOH / DOH)
• Strong knowledge of patient care procedures and protocols
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts (day/night/live-in if required)
• CPR / Basic Life Support certification preferred
