Sai Deepa Hospital is a leading Neuro & Multispeciality hospital in Hyderabad, committed to providing compassionate healthcare with advanced technology and expert doctors. We are looking for a Male Receptionist with prior hospital experience to join our Front Desk team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients & visitors at the front desk with professionalism and care.
• Handle patient registration, admission, and appointment scheduling.
• Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient records and update the hospital management system.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and issue receipts as required.
• Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements:

• Male candidate preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Front Desk Executive in a hospital.
• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Management Software).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-friendly attitude.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.

Education:

• Minimum: Graduate or Diploma in any field (preferred in Hospital Administration).

Salary:

• Competitive salary based on experience.
