MALE REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - HOMECARE

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Male Registered Nurse (RN) to join our homecare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse with a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recording vital signs and noting any changes in health status.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop individualized care plans and modify them based on patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with all medical and healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE nursing license (DOH/HAAD license).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a homecare or community setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced certifications like ACLS/PALS are a plus).
• Knowledge of homecare nursing practices and medical equipment.
• Male candidates preferred due to the nature of the role.
