MALE REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – HOMECARE (ABU DHABI)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Male Registered Nurse (RN) to join our homecare team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their well-being and promoting recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients at home, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Develop and implement care plans based on the patient's needs and physician's orders.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions, ensuring patients follow prescribed treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare management, post-operative care, and health promotion.
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care, including progress notes and vital statistics.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• DOH/HAAD license from a recognized medical authority.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in homecare or similar setting.
• Male candidates preferred due to the nature of the role.
• Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Familiarity with medical equipment used in homecare settings.
