Male Secretary (Native Arabic)

Seeking a proactive and organized Secretary/Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, along with managing essential document control functions. Responsibilities include managing communication, scheduling, document preparation, general office duties, and maintaining organized document systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including managing communication and schedules.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations accurately.
  • Prepare professional quotations, technical and commercial proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of tendering documents and pre-qualification folders
  • Establish and maintain organized electronic and physical document filing systems.
  • Implement document control procedures, ensuring proper identification and tracking.
  • Manage document version control and ensure access to the latest information.
  • Assist with document distribution and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle general office duties and ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Support team members and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

. Must be male applicant.

· Proven experience in administrative role, previous experience in firefighting, fire alarm systems and safety equipment is a plus.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient in MS Office.

. Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
