Male Section Supervisor (Administrative)

Our school is seeking a firm, highly organized, and proactive Section Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day administration and discipline management of a designated school section (Primary / Secondary as assigned).

This role is primarily operational and pastoral in nature, ensuring consistent enforcement of school policies, maintaining high standards of student conduct, and supporting smooth daily functioning within the section.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce school behaviour and discipline policies consistently and fairly.
• Investigate and resolve student conduct issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation of disciplinary records and actions.
• Monitor student attendance and punctuality; follow up with parents as required.
• Supervise arrival, dismissal, break times, and corridor transitions.
• Coordinate teacher duty rosters within the section.
• Conduct parent meetings regarding behavioural or attendance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety policies.
• Support leadership in maintaining an orderly and respectful learning environment.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred).
• Minimum 1–5 years’ experience in a school setting.
• Demonstrated experience handling student discipline confidently and professionally.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
• Calm under pressure with excellent conflict-resolution abilities.
• Clear communicator with a firm yet respectful approach.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Preferably bilingual speaking Arabic and English
