Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Coffee Production Staff member to oversee dispatch and packing operations. This role is essential in ensuring our coffee products are packed with care, dispatched on time, and reach customers in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily coffee packing operations, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Prepare and organize orders for dispatch.

Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the production area.

Monitor inventory of packaging materials and report shortages.

Collaborate with the production and logistics team to meet deadlines.

Follow company standards for safety and quality control.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food production, packing, or logistics preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with good communication skills.

Physically fit to handle packing and dispatch tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
