We are now looking for a skilled Male Therapist to join our growing team and deliver exceptional grooming and relaxation experiences to our elite clientele.

Position Overview:

The Male Therapist will be responsible for performing a range of massage and body treatments designed specifically for men. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, professional grooming standards, and a client-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various massage therapies including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Aromatherapy.
• Provide facials, body scrubs, and relaxation treatments tailored for men’s skin and wellness.
• Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the therapy area at all times.
• Recommend appropriate treatments or retail products to clients based on their needs.
• Follow all health, safety, and grooming standards of the salon.
• Work collaboratively with barbers and beauticians to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and client preferences.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Spa or Massage Therapist (experience in men’s salons preferred).
• Certified in massage therapy or spa treatments from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of men’s body and skin care techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Must be currently in Dubai or willing to relocate to Dubai Marina.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
