Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Manager + Video Editor who can manage our social media presence end-to-end, engage with our audience, and create content that aligns with Skymium’s brand voice and marketing strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, creative, and eager to grow in a strategic marketing environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media posts across platforms
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
- Monitor performance and optimize content based on insights
Content Creation
- Create static and video content for social media platforms
- Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas and campaigns
Community & Customer Support
- Manage and engage with the social media community
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally
- Provide customer support through social media channels
Analytics & KPIs
- Track and understand key social media KPIs
- Analyze engagement, reach, and growth metrics
- Share insights and suggestions for improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills for social media
- Understanding of social media KPIs and performance metrics
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions on social platforms
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
- Comfortable speaking in front of the camera and be featured in the video for social media content
- Experience creating personal or brand video content
- Familiarity with marketing or growth-focused brands
