To strengthen our leadership team in Doha, we are seeking an experienced Managed Services Manager to oversee service delivery and client success.

Role Overview

The Managed Services Manager will be responsible for leading managed IT service operations, ensuring service excellence, and building strong client relationships. This role requires technical expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of managed IT services, ensuring SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
• Lead service delivery teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and align IT solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand managed services offerings.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on service performance and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in IT service management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT systems.
• Proven track record of managing managed services operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in client relationship management and service delivery excellence.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to QAR27,000.00 per month
