Management Accountant / Cost Accountant

Job Overview: GECI Expert Solutions is seeking a skilled Management Accountant / Cost Accountant to join our finance team. In this essential role, you will focus on cost analysis, budget management, and strategic financial planning to support the organization’s growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze costs and prepare detailed reports to support budget planning and financial forecasting.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets.
• Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CIMA, CMA) is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on management or cost accounting.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:

Hourly rate between QAR 70 - 130, commensurate with experience.
