Management Accountant (UK Experience Required)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant with proven UK-based accounting experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in advanced Excel functions and capable of producing high-quality financial analysis and reports for UK stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and performance reports
• Build and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making
• Perform company valuations and conduct analytical reviews
• Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Assist with budgeting processes and variance analysis
• Liaise and communicate directly with UK-based management
• Support accounting and tax compliance processes as required

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in UK accounting / management accounts
• Advanced Excel expertise, including PivotTables, Goal Seek, VBA, and financial modelling
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work

Desirable (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of UK accounts preparation
• Understanding of UK taxation principles
