Position Overview

Noorzad Properties is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Management Advisor to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on business growth, operational excellence, sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and organizational development.

This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Dubai real estate market, capable of driving business performance, enhancing operational efficiencies, and supporting the company’s long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive management team on strategic and operational matters.

· Develop, implement and monitor business strategies aimed at driving sustainable growth and profitability.

· Identify market opportunities, industry trends and competitive advantages to support informed decision-making.

· Evaluate and optimize organizational processes to improve operational efficiency and overall business performance.

· Monitor departmental performance and ensure alignment with corporate objectives and key performance indicators.

· Assess the effectiveness of sales operations by analyzing performance metrics, productivity levels, conversion rates and target achievement.

· Identify performance gaps within the sales team and recommend corrective actions, coaching initiatives and training programs to enhance productivity and results.

· Oversee and evaluate marketing activities, campaigns and lead generation initiatives to ensure maximum return on investment.

· Develop and recommend innovative marketing and lead generation strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement and qualified sales opportunities.

· Ensure effective collaboration and alignment between Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Administration functions.

· Review financial reports, budgets, forecasts and key business metrics, providing strategic recommendations to improve profitability and business performance.

· Prepare executive reports, business reviews and performance analyses for senior management and stakeholders.

· Support the implementation of best practices, governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

· Master’s Degree in Management, Finance or any related discipline.

· Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in senior management, business consulting, advisory or executive leadership roles within the Dubai real estate sector.

· Proven track record of driving business growth, improving organizational performance and leading strategic initiatives.

· Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

An attractive remuneration package will be offered based on qualifications, experience, and seniority.
