We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Management Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in management systems, organizational excellence, and consulting project delivery. The role involves contributing to national-level consulting engagements by leading assigned deliverables, ensuring quality and timeliness, and supporting project teams across ISO standards, excellence frameworks, and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting & Project Delivery

Actively participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of management consultancy projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Take full ownership of assigned deliverables, managing timelines and ensuring outputs meet quality, technical, and client expectations.

Prepare consultancy outputs in their final, client-ready form, aligned with project methodologies, standards, and project manager directives.

Contribute to project status reporting, including progress updates, risks, issues, and achievements.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Support the development, implementation, and review of ISO Management Systems, including but not limited to ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.

Contribute to assessments, gap analyses, and improvement plans related to organizational excellence models, such as EFQM, SKEA, ADAEP, DGEP and other national and international excellence awards.

Support organizations in aligning management systems with excellence, governance, and performance requirements.

Participate in process development, review, and optimization initiatives, including Process mapping and documentation, Development of flowcharts (AS-IS / TO-BE), Identification of process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Support the development and review of policies, procedures, manuals, frameworks, DOAs, and job descriptions.

Contribute to the design of performance indicators (KPIs) and process monitoring mechanisms.

Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals.

Contribute to proposal presentations, expressions of interest (EOIs), and bid submissions.

Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to assistant consultants and junior team members.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.

Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in successfully implementing work related to ISO Management Systems, Organizational Excellence models, process development and documentation,
-
ISO Lead Auditor Certificates in BCMS, ISMS, QMS or similar.

Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate and utilize relevant software for efficient task execution.

Fluent in both English and Arabic languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
