We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Consultant to lead and support complex organizational change initiatives. The ideal candidate will partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that drive sustainable transformation, optimize processes, and enhance organizational capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose current organizational structures, processes, and cultures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop comprehensive transformation strategies aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of new practices.
  • Design and implement process improvements, restructuring plans, and technology integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and support to leadership and staff throughout the transformation process.
  • Monitor and measure the success of transformation efforts, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in organizational transformation, management consulting, or change management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and technology.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, change management certifications) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred (e.g. Business Administration, Management)
