We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Management Executive (Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through outdoor meetings while managing indoor operational tasks like proposal drafting and client follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Outdoor): Conduct daily field visits to identify potential clients and market our services/products to new sectors.
Daily KPI Target: Must conduct a minimum of 4 physical meetings per day with potential or existing clients.
Quotation & Proposals (Indoor): Return to the office to prepare, calculate, and submit professional quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
Client Meetings: Lead face-to-face meetings to negotiate terms, explain product benefits, and close deals.
Reporting: Maintain a daily activity log of meetings held and status of quotations submitted.
Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum [1-2] years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel & Word (Essential for making quotations).
Time management skills to balance outdoor visits and office work.
Transport: Must have own conveyance (Bike/Car) for outdoor meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
