About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI systems reason about organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI outputs in one of the most complex and nuanced domains — human leadership.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge makes a real difference.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations
• Provide clear, structured feedback that helps improve AI reasoning quality
• Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your own schedule
  
  

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying tradeoffs
• Comfortable reviewing written scenarios and providing well-reasoned critiques
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently
  
  

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
• Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
• Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
