Clempire is a locally owned commercial janitorial company in the Tulsa area. Our Super Team is a vital part of our ability to support our Cleaners in the field, follow up with management and drive our company values forward with everyone they meet.

Most Super Team members average 15-20 hours/week.

**You must have maintained a valid Driver's License and clean driving record for the past 12 months to be able to drive our vehicles. **

Our SUPER TEAM is a group of people who like VARIETY! You will be cross-trained on all our services, including but not limited to:

*Assist on deep cleaning.

*Training new team members how to properly do their job.

*Assist on Construction Final Cleaning.

*Floor work: Strip & Wax, Buff, sweep/mop, and/or vacuum.

*Cleaning windows.

*Repairing/Maintaining our vacuums, floor equipment, cords, etc.

*Minor Maintenance on Vehicles (check fluids, wiper blades, etc.)

*Hanging paper towel dispensers or chemical dispensers at our customers' locations.

*Delivering supplies or equipment with a company vehicle.

*Proper Certified COVID Cleaning with correct Personal Protective Equipment.

*Disinfectant Spraying.

*Filling in for regular cleaners.

*EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT and it brings excitement as we grow. You could be a part of helping keep our customers happy.

This is not a regular janitorial, cleaning, or custodial position. You are bringing more value and stability to the company, so you are paid better. You make a difference.

All Team Members must:

*Have the desire to progress with our growing company, and help out as needed.

*Be willing to learn with a positive attitude.

*Be able to work and stand on your feet for long periods of time.

*Be 21+ years old

*Be able to pass a federal and state background check.

*Be dependable AND honest, with a good work ethic.

*Able to follow directions exactly.

*Have maintained a valid driver's license with NO Suspensions/Restrictions or DUIs for the last 3 years.

*Have a reliable vehicle with insurance.

*Able to work a flexible schedule: evenings and some weekends.

*Climb a ladder safely. Ability to learn to use a scissor lift (if desired).

*Listen to and follow customers' directions.

*Work long hours, sometimes outside, AND possible overtime during busy times.

*Take directions over the phone.

*Have a smart phone to download a scheduling and communication app.
