Management Trainee

We’re hiring motivated Entry Level Management Trainee to join our fast-growing AT&T sales team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work directly with customers, and learn what it takes to grow in sales, leadership, and business management. As an Entry Level Management Trainee Associate, you will:

• Engage with customers directly to discuss AT&T wireless, internet, and home service solutions
• Support new AT&T account activations, service upgrades, and plan changes
• Deliver excellent customer service while driving sales success
• Manage daily account activity and track customer interactions
• Work as part of a sales and account management team to meet goals
• Stay up to date on AT&T product promotions and service offerings
• Build relationships with customers and represent the AT&T brand with professionalism
• Learn sales strategies, customer support techniques, and account management skills daily
