About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join us as Management Trainees – Sales (Field).
This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about building their career in field sales, client acquisition, and business development.
You will gain hands-on experience in the market, interact directly with clients, and learn the art of professional sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and implement field sales techniques and customer acquisition strategies.
• Meet clients in person to promote products and services.
• Generate new leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Report daily updates to the manager and maintain client records.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3 Months (Performance-based Internship)
• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 based on performance
• Opportunity to convert into a Full-Time Role after internship based on results and consistency.
