Job Description

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. You will present wireless solutions, explain contracts in detail, and follow up to maintain strong customer relationships. This role involves in-person sales activities, preparing and finalizing contracts, and resolving issues to maximize customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the team to develop residential sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and deliver wireless solutions that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities of an Management Trainee:

• Engage in targeted in-person sales activities to promote our wireless products and services, including in-person presentations and follow-up communications to ensure maximum customer engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Explain, review, and clarify contracts with customers, ensuring every detail of wireless service terms is fully understood before signing, while addressing questions that impact customer satisfaction.
• Management Trainees deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions to issues, handling escalations professionally, and maintaining a positive relationship post-sale.
• Present wireless solutions tailored to each customer’s unique needs, demonstrating product features and benefits in a way that drives sales results and supports long-term customer satisfaction.
• Management Trainees negotiate contracts confidently, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and trust in our wireless solutions.
• Stay informed on the latest wireless technology trends and updates, using this knowledge to strengthen sales approaches and keep contract offerings competitive.
• Represent the company professionally at all times as an Management Trainee, promoting a culture of trust, transparency, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
