Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Management Trainee to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a strong foundation in digital marketing, operations, client management, and overall business functions. You will work closely with department heads, assist in day-to-day operations, and contribute to strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Business & Operations Support

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking daily operational activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Support in preparing reports, documentation, and performance updates

2. Client Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for assigned clients under the guidance of senior managers
• Support client onboarding, requirement gathering, and project follow-ups
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients through timely communication

3. Marketing & Strategy

• Assist in creating marketing proposals, presentations, and campaign plans
• Coordinate with performance marketing, creative, and content teams
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions

4. Administration & Team Support

• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and track follow-up actions
• Work on process optimization and workflow improvements
• Handle basic administrative duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Basic understanding of digital marketing will be an added advantage
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
