Latest Bedding (Pvt) Ltd supports a fast-growing U.S.-based luxury home textile brand. Our Faisalabad office plays a key role in managing customer experience, operations, and global coordination.

We are looking for smart, driven and high achieving female candidates who want to grow into leadership roles even without prior experience. You will be trained on systems, standards and business practices that are not taught in traditional companies in Pakistan.

Role Overview

This is a leadership track opportunity for high potential individual.

You will be trained to manage and lead customer support operations, communicate with international customers and solve real business problems. Over time, you will grow into a managerial role.

We hire based on intelligence, discipline and attitude - not experience.

Key Responsibilities (After Training)

• Handle customer communication (email, chat, social platforms)
• Deliver clear, professional and timely responses
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and independently
• Follow and improve structured SOPs
• Coordinate with internal teams and U.S. operations
• Identify problems and suggest improvements
• Gradually take ownership of performance and escalations
