Management Trainee (HR) - Fresher

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and analyzing daily food & beverage consumption.
• Support in preparing cost reports, variance reports, and other F&B financial summaries.
• Help monitor inventory levels and participate in daily/weekly stock counts.
• Assist in recipe costing, menu engineering, and updating costing sheets.
• Maintain records and assist in generating daily/weekly/monthly control reports.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
