Job Description

Project Planning and Execution

• Support end-to-end execution of supply chain projects from concept to stabilization.
• Prepare project charters, scope documents, project plans, timelines, and trackers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to project milestones.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
• Track and report project costs, timelines, and deliverables against approved plans.

ML Kitting and Value-Added Services at Depot

• Design and implement ML kitting and value-added service processes at the depot level.
• Analyse BOMs, SKU combinations, and define kitting logic.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitting, labeling, and packing.
• Ensure accuracy, traceability, productivity benchmarks, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with planning, production, and dispatch teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor kitting efficiency, rejection rates, rework, and productivity metrics.

Penalty and Compliance Frameworks (QSR)

• Review and understand service-level agreements (SLAs) and customer penalty clauses.
• Design and implement internal penalty and accountability frameworks for delays, damages, and non-compliance.
• Identify process gaps leading to penalties and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain daily and weekly performance dashboards.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

WMS Implementation and Digitization

• Support warehouse management system (WMS) selection, requirement gathering, and gap analysis.
• Assist in defining and documenting end-to-end business process flows.
• Support digitization initiatives to improve operational visibility and efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: MBA in Operations / Supply Chain Management
• Experience: 0-6 months / Freshers eligible
