Management Trainee (Marketing)

Position: Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing
Qualification: BE Civil/Mech + MBA (Marketing)
Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)

Location: Bangalore (Hoskote, Kolar, Malur), Hubli, Dharwad, Belgaum & Goa.

Remuneration: 4 to 6 LPA

Skills & Competencies Required

· Strong technical understanding of civil/structural or mechanical engineering with MBA marketing.

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Analytical thinking with interest in industrial products and B2B sales.

· Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and technical documents (preferred).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
