Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – IT

We are looking for a female Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – IT in Orient Energy Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the IT team in network monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in preparing, updating, and organizing ERP-related documentation.
• Manage IT helpdesk tasks, including logging, tracking, and resolving user queries.
• Coordinate with IT staff for system updates, user support, and technical activities.
• Learn and adhere to organizational IT policies, standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a team environment.
