Management Trainee Officer (HR)

About the Role

Logix Contact is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (HR) to support daily HR and administrative operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who want to build a strong foundation in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR documents, and internal files
  • Support onboarding documentation and employee file preparation
  • Assist in attendance tracking and routine HR administrative tasks
  • Provide general HR and office support as assigned by the department

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Email)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn in a professional office environment

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
