Role Overview:

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Business Development will support the BD team in identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and assisting in product development strategies. The role is designed for a fresh pharmacist who is eager to learn the commercial and strategic side of the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualification:

• Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) – Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Additional certifications in marketing, BD, or data analysis are a plus
