Role Overview

We seek a Management Trainee Officer to source and manage international beauty brands and trending products. You'll hunt for viral products, identify emerging trends, and build a curated assortment of premium imported beauty, skincare, and cosmetics brands.

Key Responsibilities

· Source international beauty brands and trending products from global markets.

· Hunt for viral and emerging beauty products across platforms (Sephora, Ulta, beauty retailers).

· Identify assortment gaps and complete product categories with high-end brands.

· Track product performance, trends, and sales data.

· Coordinate with vendors on pricing, orders, and inventory management.

· Support marketing initiatives and collaborate on brand campaigns.

RequirementsExperience & Knowledge

· 1-2 years in beauty, cosmetics, e-commerce, or category management.

· Strong knowledge of high-end beauty brands and international markets.

· Understanding of beauty trends and ability to identify emerging products early.

Must Have

· Genuine passion for premium beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.

· Influenced by and knowledgeable about high-end luxury beauty brands.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Detail-oriented and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
