Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who are passionate about design and eager to grow in a professional environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the creative team on designing marketing materials, branding assets, and digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating creative designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials
• Support the team in branding, presentations, and visual communication projects
• Edit and improve existing designs as per company requirements
• Coordinate with different departments to understand design needs
• Ensure timely delivery of creative tasks with attention to detail
• Stay updated with latest design trends and tools

Requirements:

• Graduation is a must (preferably in Design, Media, Marketing, or relevant field)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of social media content design
• Basic video editing skills will be a plus
• Team player with a positive attitude
