Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal departments, and assist in achieving sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
• Distribute invoices and coordinate with accounts for recovery matters
• Conduct market surveys to identify new customers and sales opportunities
• Assist in achieving sales targets and performance goals
• Oversee order placement, production flow, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with planning and production departments for smooth order execution
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare and email:
• Daily visit update reports
• Weekly sales performance reports
• Weekly pending orders details to the CEO
• Manage cheque and cash withdrawals in urgent situations
• Report sales and marketing matters directly to the CEO
• Coordinate with the Accounts Manager for invoicing, recoveries, and withdrawals

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Currently pursuing BBA or relevant field
• Experience: 0 - 6 months in Sales & Marketing or a related role
• Age Requirement: 23 – 28 years
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good understanding of sales & marketing protocols
• Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments
• Proficient in report writing and email communication
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
