Eco Gasoline (Pvt.) Limited is a growing Oil Marketing Company (OMC) committed to expanding its retail fuel network and strengthening sales performance across Pakistan. We are looking for energetic and career-focused individuals to join our team as Management Trainee Officers (Sales & Development).

Job Purpose

This role is designed to develop future sales and retail operations leaders. Selected candidates will work closely with regional teams to support network expansion, dealer development, and retail sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential sites and dealers for new fuel stations
• Support regional sales and retail development activities
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
• Maintain coordination with existing dealers and retail partners
• Help monitor sales performance and prepare reports
• Support promotional and business development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company standards and documentation

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

• BBA OR Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Sales (Required)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel & Word)
• Willingness to travel locally for market visits

Important: Candidates without relevant education in BBA or Marketing/Sales will not be considered.

Location Requirement

Applicants must be currently based in Multan or Sahiwal.
