Management Trainee / Operations Executive (Fresh Graduate)

Role Overview:

We are hiring fresh graduates who are eager to learn, take ownership, and build real-world startup experience across operations, supply chain, customer experience, and growth.

This is not a “sit and observe” role. You will be working directly with leadership and handling real responsibilities from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in daily dark store / fulfillment center operations
• Monitor order flow, rider performance, and inventory accuracy
• Support vendor coordination and stock reconciliation
• Track KPIs (lost sales, stock levels, dispatch time, etc.)
• Help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
• Work on process improvement projects
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
• Coordinate with tech, marketing, and finance teams when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Fresh graduate (BBA, BS, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or related field)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Analytical mindset
• Good communication skills
• High ownership & accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
• Willing to work flexible hours if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
