Roles & Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the company’s digital marketing services, sales offerings, and business development processes
- Support the sales team in prospecting, and client outreach activities
- Assist in creating sales pitches, presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and new business opportunities
- Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and help maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, follow-ups, and deal status
- Track and report daily sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and performance reviews
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and support revenue growth
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication with confidence in client interactions
- MS Excel: Proficiency in Excel for sales tracking, reporting, and data analysis
- CRM Tools: Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Sales Fundamentals: Understanding of sales cycle, lead management, and customer relationship management
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a strong learning mindset
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales and marketing environment
- Target-Oriented: Willingness to work toward sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals
- Presentation Skills: Ability to create and deliver clear, persuasive presentations
