Management Trainee - Supply Chain Planning & Operations

Supply Chain Planning

• Assist in demand forecasting based on sales trends and campaign plans
• Support production planning and coordination with manufacturing partners
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of SKUs
• Track slow-moving and fast-moving inventory

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate with warehouse team for inward, shelving, and stock organization
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock counts, and reconciliation
• Ensure proper SKU-wise tracking and batch management

Order Fulfillment & Dispatch

• Oversee order processing, packing, and dispatch coordination
• Work with courier/logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Track order status, delays, and operational bottlenecks

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

• Assist in procurement of packaging materials and finished goods
• Coordinate with vendors for timelines, quality, and delivery schedules

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain and update supply chain trackers and dashboards
• Analyze data related to stock levels, fulfillment rates, and operational efficiency
• Support in improving processes to reduce delays and stock-outs

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
