Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee to join our Tax & Litigation Department. The selected candidate will assist the team in tax compliance, legal documentation, and litigation-related matters while gaining hands-on experience in tax laws and corporate legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and filing of tax returns (Income Tax, Sales Tax, etc.)
• Support the team in handling tax notices, assessments, and legal correspondence
• Maintain records, files, and documentation related to tax and litigation cases
• Assist in drafting replies, applications, and legal documents
• Coordinate with tax authorities, consultants, and legal advisors when required
• Conduct basic research on tax laws, regulations, and case laws
• Support senior team members in litigation proceedings and compliance matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field
• Basic understanding of taxation and legal concepts
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Willingness to learn and ability to work under supervision
