Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our Warehouse team. This role is designed for individuals with a strong academic foundation and a passion for operational excellence. The trainee will be actively involved in strategic projects and daily operations, gaining hands-on experience in warehouse and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing strategic warehouse and logistics initiatives to improve efficiency and service levels.

Analyze warehouse and supply chain data to generate actionable insights.

Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production lines, dispatch, and delivery metrics.

Support in planning and estimating component requirements for service operations on a weekly basis.

Participate in internal training programs to strengthen knowledge and build operational skills.

Identify and contribute to cost optimization opportunities across warehouse processes.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence within the team.

Actively take part in workplace improvement initiatives such as 5S, Lean, and other productivity-enhancing programs.

Qualification :

Strong leadership and team management skills

Proficiency in stock and store management

Hands-on experience with vendor tracking and logistics coordination

Ability to maintain accurate inventory and delivery records

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
