Property Site Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our site, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, maintain high occupancy rates, and uphold the quality standards of our property. The Site Manager will work closely with the Regional Manager and be actively involved on-site to ensure operational excellence. Pay is $17 per hour.’

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an occupancy rate of 97% or higher at all times through proactive leasing and tenant engagement
• Collect rents on a strict schedule, follow up on all outstanding balances, and provide tenants with documentation for any delinquent accounts
• Initiate eviction proceedings when necessary due to non-payment or lease violations
• Ensure the office, grounds, and buildings are consistently maintained in top condition
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate maintenance personnel to ensure timely and quality repairs and upkeep
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster positive relationships
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, tenant communications, and property activities
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement operational strategies and improvements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of leasing, rent collection, and eviction procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead and supervise maintenance staff effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in property management are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
